By creating an account and using the MyLPF app, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
MyLPF is intended for use by members, coaches, and administrators of Life's Peachy Fit gym. You must be 16 years of age or older to create an account. Accounts are created by gym staff and are not open for public self-registration without an invitation.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
MyLPF provides fitness tracking tools for informational purposes only. The content in this app is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified health professional before starting a new fitness or nutrition programme. Life's Peachy Fit is not liable for any injury or health outcome resulting from use of the app.
You agree not to misuse the app, including but not limited to: uploading offensive or inappropriate content, attempting to access other members' data, or reverse engineering the application.
All content, branding, and functionality within MyLPF is the property of Life's Peachy Fit. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the app without written permission.
You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account. We reserve the right to terminate access for users who breach these terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
